What we are responsible for

  • Mobile responsiveness across standard screen sizes

What we are not responsible for

  • Content provided by the client (text, images, videos, data)
  • SEO rankings — we implement best practices but cannot guarantee search positions
  • Third-party services (analytics, CRM, payment gateways, hosting uptime)
  • Changes made to the codebase by the client or third parties after handoff
  • Business outcomes (conversions, revenue, user growth)
  • Security of client's own infrastructure or hosting environment

Data & Privacy

  • Anton Evgenyevich Krastelev handles enquiries submitted through the CoreWeb website. For questions about data processing, use the contact below. Development is carried out from Serbia.
  • The contact details and project description you submit through the form are sent to CoreWeb’s CRM to handle your enquiry and communicate with you.
  • Yandex Metrica is enabled only after you choose “Allow analytics”. When active, it sends information about visits and interactions to Yandex. You can stop analytics through “Analytics settings” in the footer; this stops further collection but does not erase previously transmitted information. A functional cookie stores your choice for 180 days. Forms and content remain available without consent; the counter and noscript pixel are not loaded.
  • With analytics consent, this tab stores the ID and type of the most recently opened resource. They are sent to our CRM with your request when you submit the form. This context lasts until the tab closes or 30 minutes after the resource was viewed, and is cleared when analytics consent is withdrawn. It does not include search text or a browsing history.
  • Website operation involves hosting services, server logs and backups. The main website and CRM servers are located in Moscow according to the hosting provider.
  • You can send a request concerning the processing or deletion of your data to dev@coreweb.studio. Do not send passwords or access keys.
  • Removing a record from the live system and removing its backup copies are separate operations. Backups have separate retention rules; no single automatic deletion period has been established for all data.
