Turnkey websites
from scope to launch
We design and develop websites that explain your offer, support content management and receive enquiries. CoreWeb handles the work in-house, without intermediaries. Before development, we agree on scope, dependencies and how the result will be checked.
Discuss your project scope →When a full website project makes sense
When a single screen is not enough: services, evidence, a catalogue or editorial content need to work together with a CMS and an enquiry journey. We start with visitor tasks and company processes to identify the pages and functions you need.
View published projectsWhat we define in the project scope
Pages and content
We identify templates, languages and content volume. Responsibility for writing, images, translations and approval is recorded separately.
Content management
We specify editor actions: creating a service, updating a case study, replacing an image and preparing or publishing content. CMS capabilities are checked against those tasks.
Enquiries and integrations
We define the recipient, fields, acceptance confirmation and failure handling. For external systems, we check the available interface and responsibility boundaries.
Development after launch
Additional sections, maintenance and recurring work are discussed separately. The initial delivery and subsequent development have explicit scopes.
Stages and deliverables
Business task and scope
We review the business context, audiences and constraints. The outcome is an agreed scope, open questions and acceptance criteria.
Structure and content
We connect pages to visitor journeys and establish a content preparation plan, so missing copy or data is visible before launch.
Prototype and design
We review information and navigation, then develop the visual interface and its states. The set of designs and revision process are agreed for the project.
Development and CMS
We implement pages, responsive layouts and agreed editor capabilities. Checks cover creating, changing and publishing content as well as its appearance.
Forms and data exchange
We connect agreed systems and verify receipt where staff actually handle an enquiry, including error and retry scenarios.
Pre-release checks
We exercise essential journeys, links, forms and editorial tasks. Performance is assessed on agreed pages under recorded conditions, with results and limitations retained.
Launch and handoff
We release the agreed version, verify it after deployment and hand over the source files, access and instructions included in the scope. Subsequent support terms are recorded separately.
What handoff should provide
You receive an explicit list of deliverables: the website version, source files, working access, editor guidance and check results. We verify a typical content change and a test enquiry together. Outstanding questions remain documented after launch.
Scope, cost and timing
The estimate depends on templates and content volume, languages, editor capabilities, integrations and the readiness of source materials. Turnkey does not replace a scope: copywriting, translation, data migration, external services and maintenance must be included explicitly.
Development does not automatically include advertising campaigns or guarantees of rankings and sales. We discuss an estimate and delivery sequence around your requirements; current offer details are on the pricing page.
Before discussing your project
What should we prepare for the first conversation?
Describe your company, the website's main purpose, visitor actions, known pages and connected systems. Mark unknowns explicitly so they can be investigated.
Will we be able to update the website ourselves?
That depends on the agreed CMS capabilities. We define editable content and actions before development, then verify them with the editor during handoff.
Can we launch in stages?
We can discuss an initial release and later stages. First establish what the essential journey requires, which content is ready and which dependencies affect launch.
